GENERAL CONDITIONS
Registration & Method of payment
  • All reservations are to be made in written. Grupo Pacifico will not accept registrations by phone.
  • Registrations & Hotel reservations must be made by filling the Registration & Accommodation on line form. One form per person.
  • All payments must be made in Euros (€) by credit card.
  • Grupo Pacífico has reserved limited number of rooms at the hotel venue, Meliá Sevilla, and therefore these rooms will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis.
  • Hotel reservations & rates are available in the system ONLY for the Congress dates (October 24th-27th, 2012). Extra nights, prior or after the Congress, are subject to the hotel availability.
  • Once Grupo Pacifico confirms reception of payments, the participant will receive the confirmation voucher.  Please, check it carefully.
•    Registration & Name Changes Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations or name changes must be notified in writing to Grupo Pacifico.
  • Cancellations made before September 1st, 2012  will have full refund minus 50 € for handling fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date or registered participants who fail to attend
  • Any name change received between September 1st and October 1st, 2012 will be charged with 50 € for handling fees. After October 1st, 2012 name changes will be treated as a cancellation and a new registration will be made.
  • No refunds will be made for cancelled sessions, cancelled lecturers or changes in the congress program
  • Corresponding refunds will be made from November 1st, 2012 onwards.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy,  Name Changes & No Show
  • Cancellations or name changes in accommodation must be notified in writing to Grupo Pacifico.
  • Cancellations made before August 15th, 2012 will have full refund minus 50 € for handling fees.
  • Cancellations made after August 15th, 2012 will be charged with first night penalty
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15th, 2012, or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.
  • In case of no-show the hotel will automatically cancel the room at 9 am of the following day and will make no reimbursement.
  • Any name change received between September 1st and September 25th, 2012 will be charged with 50 € for handling fees. After September 26th, 2012 name changes will be treated as a cancellation and a new hotel reservation will be made.
  • Corresponding refunds will be made from November 1st, 2012 onwards.
